When we first start working with you, we’ll ask you to fill in a short form explaining your brand’s tone, target audience, and your aims with the project. Then, we’ll call you for a quick chat to learn more about your business, competitors, style guide, and goals for the site.
If you don’t want to have a chat, that’s absolutely fine and we won’t take it personally, but we will ask you to please fill in the form explaining your aims with the project.
Unsure on your tone and style guide? Don’t worry! We’ll happily work with you to brainstorm ideas and develop a consistent and effective tone that best represents your brand.
Once we have all the necessary information, we’ll start on the SEO briefing. To drop the wizard’s curtain a little, this means keyword research to figure out the words you should be targeting, assessing what competitors are ranking for, and (in the case of blogs) exploring relevant topics to write about.
We’ll then begin the writing process, including the on-page content, along with title tags and meta descriptions. When finished, we’ll send the completed work (with highlighted keywords) through to you. If you’d like any changes made at this point, feel free to make suggestions in the Google Doc provided and we’ll make the edits and send the revised content through.
